Five Pounds A Week
Hello Everyone
So just the other day I came to the conclusion that, I am sick of having extra weight on me that I do not need. If you know me personally then that means you probably know my little sister Mikala too. She is the World's Most Physically Fit 10 Year Old Girl. Yeah, if you saw the Youtube videos and didn't know....well now you do....that's my sister.
She is so physically built and structured, and she's a normal active child who doesn't lift weights at all.So if Mikala can look that way darnit, then so can I. I've come up with a small daily/weekly outline for a way to lose up to five pounds a week, and I plan to start this upcoming Tuesday April 13th. Why not Monday you ask.... Haha, Wing Night ;-) I have to have one more night of pigging before I commit. Haha, oh shut up and sue me.

This routine may be intense for some people, but with a little dedication, I think we can all be on our way to a much healthier lifestyle.
